Penis implant procedure is a technique assumed to enlarge the human penis. Though many adverts have not given a clear difference between a temporary enlargement and a permanent one.
Suspected permanent procedures vary from manual exercises to devices, medical interventions, along side successes and failures in the world. Generally, there has not been any proof scientifically regarding effective functioning.

Considering penile implant for reason of no erection that is sufficient enough for sex using other methods. Using penis implants, some diseases such as peyronie can be treated. This is a disease that causes scars on the inside of the penis, and thus causes pain in the penis most especially during erection.
Hardly do penis implants have infections or dysfunction to the extent that they can be removed. Infection rate is very low for most healthy men. Whereas men with spinal cord injury or are diabetic will have a high risk of being infected than normal. When men go for a revision of surgery, they are at a greater risk now than the surgery they had earlier.
Despite the recent penis implants designs, it is rare to have cases of malfunctioning of the penis implant. Semi rigid devices or some internal parts could break down as time goes on. Inflatable devices could have a fluid leak or valve device that could fail. With all these, surgery is most needed to repaired or replace any broken implant.
